Close Communion: An explanation and a defense of the American Presbyterian Church's practice of communion. All churches, at least all Biblical churches that seek to uphold that third mark of the church, the exercise of church discipline, practice some kind of "fencing" of the table or restriction on those who can come to the table of the Lord. The American Presbyterian Church practices what is generally known as "close communion". This article sets forth the scriptural arguments for that practice.
Where Will We Spend Eternity?: An exposition of where believers will spend eternity. It explains the difference between the intermediate state and the eternal state. The intermediate state is the time between death and the resurrection. The eternal state is the state of man after the resurrection from the dead. The former the righteous spend in heaven as disembodied spirits; the latter the righteous spend in the new earth in the glorious, eternal kingdom of God.
